We are looking for an experienced Copywriter to join the freebets.ltd.uk editorial team. The successful candidate will work under our Editor to help execute our holistic content plan, which encompasses numerous channels and verticals. This can be a fully-remote role or based at our headquarters in Cardiff, UK.
About the Role
The role is a diverse copywriting role that will entail planning and creating various forms of content. As a sports and casino-focused business, experience writing on these subjects will be desirable (but not essential).
The successful candidate will:
- Have a strong command of the English language.
- Have creative and campaign writing experience.
- Boast 3+ years' experience in a copywriting or similar role.
- Be able to produce content aligned with our brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Hold the ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
- Develop engaging content to connect with sports and casino audiences.
- Understand the production/creative process in order to develop content strategies.
- Have experience creating content for SEO purposes.
- Edit and proofread copy where required.
- Collaborate on large and small-scale marketing projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be familiar with collaborative working software such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
